Why is the competition I need not in the dropdown?
If you cannot see the required competition in the drop down this is because the cut off date has passed. You will therefore need to pay a rush order fee to receive your bow for the required competition. If you need a bow for a competition that is not listed, you need to tick the "whoops I missed the cut off" box and tell us in the comments section on the checkout page which competition you need the team bow for. No orders will be accepted the week before any competition.
How soon will I receive my order?
All Team bows will be shipped out two weeks before the competition you have selected in the Dropdown box. PLEASE NOTE: if you cannot see the required competition in the drop down this is because the cut off date has passed. If you need a bow for a comp that is not listed, you need to tick the "whoops I missed the cut off" box and tell us in the comments section on the checkout page which competition you need the team bow for. All other orders are as follows
- 1 - 5 Bows: 4 - 10 Business Days
- 5 - 25 Bows: 5 - 15 Business Days
- 26 - 75 Bows: 15 - 20 Business Days
- 100 + Bows: 4 Weeks or Longer
Do you charge for paying by credit card?
Yes, we charge 3.4% plus $0.45.
I need a bow in a hurry can you make one?
Please call us and we can try and make your order and get it couriered to you.
How do I put my bow in?
Make sure to put your hair up with a separate hairtie FIRST!! We do not guarantee the hairties. Our bows will look best if your ponytail is sitting high on your head. You can also watch the how to video (check back soon!).
How do I look after my bow?
Do NOT Get Your Bow WET! Bows are NOT Waterproof! If the Bow gets wet the glue will release causing the materials to come apart or fall off. You can either store your bow on one of our bow holders or lay it flat. DO NOT SQUASH THE BOW as it will lose its shape and is more likely to break.
I have a cheer team can I request a sample?
Yes you can. If you are the coach or team parent you need to fill in the custom order enquiry form. We can provide a computer generated sample and then once approved we can make a final sample. If the completed sample requires a custom printed logo or quote a $10 fee is charged. If team order is processed this fee is waived.
How much notice do you need for team orders?
Our rule of thumb is that you should be ordering your bows at around the same time you order your uniforms. Cut off is approximately 4 weeks before the date the bows are needed although we would appreciate as much notice as possible.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes we do, shipping is $12 for up to 4 bows. If you are ordering more please contact us for pricing.
I can’t find what I am looking for. Can you make a one off design?
Yes we can, just fill in the custom enquiry for and we will be in contact with you to design your bow.
What happens if my bow breaks?
Items that break, bow comes unglued (without getting wet), comes apart, or falls apart under normal wear (within one competition season or 6 months from purchase), will be repaired or replaced at our expense.
What is your returns policy?
Items that are made incorrectly, or not as indicated on your order form may be returned at our expense, and will be replaced with the correct items. Bows can be returned ONLY if they have not been worn. We cannot sell items that have been previously worn. If you return items that have clearly been worn or have stains, we WILL NOT refund your money. Items that have a CUSTOM NAME OR LOGO can NOT be returned.
